Receive Your Custom Proposal!
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a tailored proposal with a selection of options based on our conversation, along with pricing, payment options and everything you need to move forward.
From here, you can decide if you’d like to reserve your date. Your quote will be held for 7 days, giving you time to make sure we’re the right fit.
STEP 04
Lock In Your Date
Your proposal will be held for 7 days. To move forward, simply accept the proposal, and you’ll receive your contract and invoice for the first payment. Your first payment is due within 48 hours of accepting. Once your contract is signed and the first payment has been made, your date is officially reserved!
FAQ
How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
Most couples secure a photographer 12–18 months before their wedding date, especially for popular (summer) seasons. I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue confirmed to avoid disappointment.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Every wedding is unique, and the right amount of coverage depends on how you want your story documented.
Shorter coverage is perfect for intimate celebrations (10-60 guests), while full-day coverage allows space to capture the entire story; from getting-ready moments through to the celebrations at the end of the night.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I love travelling for weddings and elopements. I’m based in Tauranga and regularly travel throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Travel is included within 60km of Tauranga, with locations beyond this distance charged at $1 per additional kilometre.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Payment options are available. A 50% retainer secures your date, with final payment due one month before your date, or you can choose a 12-fortnightly payment plan with the balance completed before your wedding day.
